cutter suction Dredger makes use of a cutter head to loosen the underwater material to be dredged and pumps the
dredged material via a pipeline ashore or into barges. The powerful cutter swings of the Dredger around the spud-pole
powered by winches while dredging, then the high pressure sand pump suck up the loosened mixed materials to the
destination through the suction pipe. TheDredger is suitable for heavy duty and durable dredging operations with
dismountable structure.

The cutter suction Dredger is often designed easily to transport by road, rail or by ship due to its reasonable size and
weight of the various dismountable modules. The complete Mud Pump Dredger consists of one main pontoon and two
side pontoons which are mounted to the main pontoon using heavy duty steel eyes and pins at the bottom of the hull,
they are connected at deck level. The pontoons are of welded steel constructions with heavy frames, beams and
longitudinal girders. Extra reinforcements are placed where necessary to withstand all forces while dredging. Dredger
is widely used for river silt cleaning, delisting lakes and ponds, mining project, cleaning ports and sand production.
